For What am I trading my time?

I woke up asking questions this morning. Doing inventory on how I spend my time. Besides, that's all we really have is time. What is the trade off? Is the payoff worth it? Heading to Las Vegas this evening with friends for the weekend and may not be the best state of mind to be in while in Las Vegas.  However, I will enjoy my friends while laying poolside without complaint.
