I went on 3 hr hike with 3 friends yesterday at Topanga Canyon trails, followed by a wonderful delicious outdoor lunch ( salmon, asparagus & corn on the grill). Needless to say I went home took a long hot bath with lavender epsom salt. Feeling relaxed and read.
