What a fantastic day! I jumped out of bed, put on my workout clothes, got in my car and drove to Santa Monica beach to run.
I am Super excited! I ran from Santa Monica Pier to Venice Beach Pier approximately 5 miles round trip which took 1 hr 7 minutes. Tomorrow I will go back to the beach to Challenge myself and decrease the average min per mile.
Afterwards I drank a protein smoothie with papaya, apple juice, wheat germ for fiber. Got home took my vitamins and drank plenty of water.
