My body is super stiff. I probably should have rested today but I committed 21 days and sticking to it. Next time I will stretch before I run.
Also instead of 25 squats I did 7 sets of lunges on 34 steps of stairs still working the 3 muscle groups in the legs. I did 60 bicycle curl situps alternating sides and 10 pushups. Listening to my body and needed to switch up.
Side effects are I slept through the night and walk with better posture. Didn't beat yesterday's ave min per mile , next time I try again.
